We’ve already mentioned in previous posts how easy and lucrative it is to use TopCashback to stack cash back on top of retail purchases, but what about the use of coupons in the internet age? The days of clipping coupons out of the local newspaper may be close to gone, but fret not, the coupon industry is alive and well. One of the most popular sites for online coupon-ing, and a favorite of Pointing To Retirement is RetailMeNot.com.
What is Retail Me Not?
Retail Me Not is the largest coupon site in the US. The site aggregates deals, promotions and coupons into one easy to search site where you can find just about any major retailer you can imagine.
For example, searching for Banana Republic, you can see below a list of up-to-date coupons and deals with an average savings and a percentage success rate.
Once you click on the “Show Coupon Code”, you’ll immediately be presented with a window showing the coupon code you’re interested in. For example, clicking on the “Up To 40% OFF” coupon code revealed this BRMORE coupon promo code:
Once you have the coupon code, that’s about it. All you have to do from there is copy the coupon code from Retail Me Not and paste it into the promo code field on your chosen retailer’s site.
Again, this works for just about any major retailer and is a great place to start when looking for deals.
